Garden Vegetable Soup Recipe
1 tablespoon olive oil
cup onion diced medium
cup corn
cup carrots
2 tablespoons spice delight all purpose essence
2 tablespoons Italian seasonings
cup tomato paste
1 quart vegetable or chicken stock
cup zucchini or yellow squash
1 pint V 8 juice
2 tablespoons brown sugar

Heat oil, in large stock pot over medium heat.
Add next five ingredients listed above and cook for 3 minutes.
Add paste and dissolve with 1 cup of stock.
Add the remainder ingredients listed above and simmer for 20 minutes.
Serve with pesto parmesan bread.

Pesto Parmesan Bread Recipe
1 loaf French bread
1/3 cup pesto sauce
cup parmesan cheese
6 roma tomatoes sliced thin

Preheat broiler.
Slice French bread length wise.
Spread pesto sauce evenly on both sides of bread.
Sprinkle an even amount of cheese on both sides of bread.
Place bread on cookie sheet pan, and broil on medium rack for 2 minutes until cheese is melted.
Once cheese has melted garnish both sides with tomatoes.
