Rosemary Slider
What you'll need: Meat, Dijion Mustard, Rosemary and
Chef Barry's Spice Delight

Basil Burger:
What you'll need: Meat, Basil, Chef Barry's Spice Delight

Carolina Pork Burger
What you'll need: Ground Pork, Chef Barry's Spice Delight BBQ Rub, CHef Barry's Sweet & Zesty BBQ Sauce
To Make: Roll meat into a meatball, then flatten. Put the burgers on a cookie sheet. Then add the spices. Bake burgers 15 minutes in a preheatedovvern at 350 degrees.
Kick the Sliders up a notch with Chef Barry's Basil Aioli.
What you'll need: 2 cups mayonnaise, 1 tsp Dried Basil Leaves, 1 tsp Chef Barry's Spice Delight All-Purpose Essence, 1/2 tsp black pepper.

To Make: Combine all ingredients, cover and refrigerate until serving time.
Chef Barry's Coleslaw
What you'll need: 2-cups mayonaise, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup cider vinegar, 1/8 teaspoon dry mustard, 3 cups Nappa cabbage, 1/3 cup shredded carrots.
To Make:
Place all dressing ingredients in a bowl and whisk well until smooth. Add enough dressing to coat the coleslaw
