Wilted Lettuce with Balsamic Vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon Spice delight All-Purpose Essence
4 Cups Iceburg or your favorite lettuce, diced memedium.
3 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 cup grape tomatoes, sliced in half
1 small cucumber, peeled and diced small
1 cup diced avocado

Spice Delight
Spicy Shrimp with Penne Pasta
Makes  4 to 6  Servings
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons red onion, diced medium
2 tablespoons green bell peppers, diced medium
2 tablespoons button mushrooms, sliced thin
1 teaspoons Spice Delight All Purpose Essence.
1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
2lbs, shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 teaspoons blackened seasoning
1 package (8oz) Penn pasta, cooked
1/2 cup low-sodium chicken stock
1 teaspoon salted butter
1/2 cup Roma tomatoes, diced medium


Method:
1.Heat olive oil in a large stockpot over medium heat.
2.Add onion, bell pepper, mushrooms, Spice delight All Purpose
essence and basil; cook for 3 minutes.
3.Toss shrimp with blackened seasoning.
4. Add shrimp to stockpot;cook 2 minutes
5.Stir in cooked pasta, chicken stock and butter.
6.Cook 2 minutes longer or until heated through.
7.Turn off heat; stir in tomatoes.
This recipe is dedicated to Stephanie M. It's my favorite pasta meal.
TIPS:
You can top this pasta with fresh grated Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh baasil, if desired
