Spice Delight
New York Strip with Peppers, Onion and Mushrooms Recipe
1-6 oz new york strip steak
2 tablespoons vegetable oil (divided)
3 teaspoons spice delight all purpose essence (divided)
1/8 cup green bell pepper thinly sliced
1/8 cup red onion thinly sliced
1/8 cup portabella mushroom thinly sliced

Rub 1 teaspoon of oil on both sides of new york strip.
Take 1 teaspoon of spice delight all purpose essence and dust both sides of new York strip.
Let stand for 15 minutes at room temperature before cooking.
Heat skillet to medium high heat, and cook strip 3 minutes per side for medium rare.
In the same skillet, add remaining oil, and sauté vegetables with remaining spice delight all purpose essence for 6 to 8 minutes.

Barbecue Beans and Andouille Sausage Recipe
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
¼ cup red onion medium diced
¼ cup green bell pepper medium diced
¼ cup andouille sausage medium diced
2 tablespoons spice delight barbecue rub
16 oz bush's baked beans (or your favorite brand of baked beans)
½ cup spice delight sweet and zesty barbecue sauce

Heat oil in medium size pot, on medium heat.
Add vegetables sausage and barbecue rub, and then cook for 5 minutes.
Add beans barbecue sauce, and simmer for 20 minutes
