Grilled Squash Medley Recipe
Makes 2 servings
Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 yellow squash, sliced lengthwise
1 zucchini squash, sliced lengthwise
2 slices red onion, -inch thick
2 teaspoons dried basil leaves
2 teaspoons Spice Delight All-Purpose Essence
cup Paul Newman's Light Italian dressing
cup grape tomatoes, cut in half
Freshly grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Grilled Squash Medley Recipe
Method
Preheat grill to medium high
Drizzle oil over cut side of vegetables.
Grill 4 minutes per side on medium-high heat.
Dice cooked vegetables, place in a large bowl.
Stir in Italian dressing, and tomato halves.
Garnish with Parmesan cheese, if desired.

Grilled Pan Pineapple Over Pound Cake Recipe
Makes 2 servings
Ingredients
2 slices fresh pineapple, -inch thick
2 teaspoons Turbinado sugar
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 slices Fresh Market French vanilla pound cake, -inch thick
Method
Sprinkle sugar evenly over both sides of pineapple.
Heat large grill pan over medium-high heat.
Brush pan with oil
Add pineapple to grill pan. Cook 3 to 4 minutes per side until pineapple is caramelized.
Place a pineapple slice over each pound cake slice.
Tip: Substitute sliced bananas, peaches or plums for the pineapple.
