Spice Delight
Pulled Pork Recipe
Serves 8 to 10
1 (3 to 4 pound) boneless pork Boston butt roast
3 tablespoons Spice Delight BBQ Rub
1/2 cup apple juice
1 cup Spice Delight Sweet & Zesty BBQ Sauce
Your favorite flatbread or sandwich rolls

Trim excess fat from pork roast.
Evenly dust all sides of roast with Spice Delight BBQ Rub.
Place the roast on a rack in roasting pan.
Cover roast with plastic wrap. Let marinate in refrigerator 2 hours or overnight prior to cooking.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees 20 minutes before cooking.
Pour apple juice in bottom of roasting pan. Cover pan with foil
Cook roast about 2 ˝ to 3 hours or until tender and roast pulls apart with a fork.
Let roast stand covered with foil 10 minutes.
Use a fork to pull roast apart and place in abowl.
Pour Spice Delight Sweet & Zesty BBQ Sauce over roast; mix well.
Place pulled pork on your favorite bread. Top with coleslaw

Pan-Fried Barbecue Chicken Recipe

Serves 4
2 teaspoons Spice Delight BBQ Rub
2 (8 oz.) boneless, skinless chicken breasts halves
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup Spice Delight Sweet & Zesty BBQ Sauce
On a large plate, add oil to chicken. Evenly dust both sides with Spice Delight BBQ Rub.
Cover and let chicken marinade in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Heat a skillet over medium heat.
Sauté chicken about 3 to 4 minutes per side.
Pour Spice Delight Sweet & Zesty BBQ Sauce over chicken and simmer for an additional 2 minutes or until chicken is done.
