Ingredients: 1 loaf Ciabatta bread, cut in half lengthwise (from The Fresh Market), 2 cups of your favorite pasta sauce, 2 cups cooked rotisserie chicken, pulled into strips, 2 teaspoons Spice Delight All-Purpose Essence, divided, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 2 cups California-blend frozen vegetables, thawed, 6 to 8 slices Provolone cheese
Place pasta sauce, chicken and Spice Delight Essence in large bowl and mix well.
Heat large skillet to medium-high heat; add oil.
Saute vegetables and remaining 1teaspoon Spice Delight
Essence, stirring occasionally, 3 to 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
Preheat oven to broil.
Spread chicken mixture evenly on both halves of bread.
Top with cooked vegetables and cheese.
Place pizza on cookie sheet pan and broil on middle rack of oven 3 to 4 minutes until cheese is melted .
Let cool for 2 minutes. Cut into 2-inch strips. Serve immediately.
